Immigration Attorney with 1-3 years of PERM experience - (Washington, DC)

Washington, D.C. office of our client seeks immigration attorney with 1-3yrs of background. The applicant will prepare and draft legal documents on behalf of clients. Will advise clients on business immigration law. Provide advice on compliance matters involving immigration. Perform administrative and management functions related to the practice of law. Should have background in non-immigrant (H-1B, L-1, TN) and immigrant (PERM, I-140, I-485) case work, work authorizations, permanent residency applications and immigration case management. Background with international employment visas will be beneficial.
