Forklift Operator - (Concord, CA)

Our client in Concord, CA is seeking an experienced Forklift Operator! This is a temp-to-hire opportunity where 90% of their full-time employees are hired after hitting their probationary period as a contractor. About the company: Distribution facility with spools of wires that are distributed to their customers. Position/Duties: -Pull orders by using Order Picker to pull spools from warehouse racks (must not be afraid of heights) -Operate re-spooling machines and have great attention to detail while working in a safe manner -Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds -Detail oriented to match size, weight, length, and color based on customer's order Shift: 8:00am-5:00pm Monday- Friday Pay level: $14.50 Working hours: 8:00am-5:00pm Skills: Requirements: -At least 6 mnths recent forklift background -Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand throughout eight hours of shift -Safety oriented -Reliable and able to take initiative -Able to work in a high energy environment
