Quality Assurance Manager (34057) - (St Charles, IL)

STERN AVE - Manage plant quality assurance program and processes. Interact with customers, suppliers, vendors and division personnel regarding quality and production issues. Attend job production pre-planning meetings. Evaluate the input material on a job and guide the customer, helping them deliver material that will produce a high-quality job. Conduct press color approvals for both internal and external jobs. Develop procedures and techniques for reducing process variation and manufacturing delays. Ensure that manufacturing personnel adhere to established standards of quality and certify that established company and industry standards have been met. Evaluate process output and supplied materials for compliance with established standards. Communicate with sales, customer service and the customer to resolve quality issues. Negotiate resolution of customer or manufacturing complaints. Manage ISO certification and annual compliance qualifications.
