Sales and Marketing Assistant - (Hammonton, NJ)

Primary Purpose and Function Works with the Sales and Marketing Departments to set objectives for all Kramer Beverage accounts. Assists in achieving these objectives in a timely and cost efficient manner. Makes recommendations that will facilitate optimal decisions to be made by the Marketing and Sales teams. Critical functions and Responsibilities Maintain existing sales reports and design new sales reports as needed, including: Daily Sales Reports New Revenue Reports Weekly 30pk updates Upcoming/previous MBO's for Sales Reps Monthly reports such as Kramer Beverage ABP Report, Outlier Report, "Money left on the table" Report, SROTY and CPL updates Quarterly margin adjustment report Any additional Reports Project CE's for the week Assemble weekly sales meeting slides Keep Eostar/Eotouch and MBO updated Develop and maintain existing and future report mechanisms Maintain revenue updates and present them to the sales team
