Store Manager - (Roanoke, VA)

CAREER OPPORTUNITY AVAILABLE AT SPRINT Responsibilities Manages the performance and day to day activities of all retail employees and operational issues. Must develop a staffing schedule for all store employees, participate in sales meetings, and develop sales goals through training, coaching and role-playing. Must meet or exceed targeted sales goals, order all inventory, and manage returns in order to maintain proper store levels. The Store Manager will also validate, research and approve all commission awards and manage any overrides needed to support retail operations. Qualification Qualifications High-school diploma or equivalent, college diploma preferred. Min of two years of supervisory background in retail environment and possess a level of knowledge gained through a combination of four to 5 yrs of background in sales, marketing or telecommunications. Must possess effective communication, interpersonal, issue solving, and management skills.
