HEAD OF RETAIL BANKING Responsible for all areas of retail banking, including but not limited to development and implementation of new products and services, branch profitability and continuing development of a retail banking sales culture. Provide leadership, coaching and support to retail management staff. Develop goals and budget for branch network. Implement a strategy and marketing plan to achieve retail asset growth, including loans and deposits. Monitor branch activities to ensure effective client contact is maintained and superior customer service is delivered. Implement programs and procedures to ensure that the branch's retail administration is functioning effectively and complies with applicable policies and regulatory qualifications in all areas of retail banking. DESIRED SKILLS AND ABILITY • Bachelor's degree or equivalent background with 15+years of supervisory retail banking background. • Must be dynamic and innovative.
