Key responsibilities: Job Components: TRICARE Beneficiary EducationRepresentatives (BERs) are responsible for educating beneficiaries, MilitaryTreatment Facility (MTFs)/staffs and fulfilling or assisting in fulfilling thecontractual 40 person-hour customer service support requirement in theirassigned market(s). BERs are also responsible for similar education activitiesfor National Guard (NG)/Reserve commands/units as well as other active dutyentities such as Recruiters, ROTC, Base/Post Family Program staffs/POCs,Ombudsmen, etc.
