Terraphase Engineering is seeking a self-motivated, goal-orientedindividual to join our growing organization as OfficeDirector/Principal Geologist or Engineer in our Greater San Diego areaoffice (Carlsbad).Role & Responsibilities* Project management (Principal/Project Director role);* Oversee technical quality, budgets, and human capital;* Supervise regional staff; * Identify and recruit key staff for growth;* Act as Senior Project Director/Technical Expert on regionalprojects;* Identify and implement growth strategies for clients;* Lead and develop business opportunities with new and existingclients;* Stay abreast of local and national regulations and advise staffand clients on new opportunities;* Cultivate a culture of business development and marketing;* Identify and engage new clients;* Develop and manage budgets;* Communicate effectively with clients and staff;* Prepare project cost proposals and other deliverables;* Respond to RFPs;* Have an established backlog of clientele.
