Quality Assurance Supervisor 55099 - (Norfolk, NE)

RESPONSIBILITIES: * Leading, coaching, and recruiting QA lab personnel in the production facility; * Establishing education and development programs for employees including SOP's, quality specifications, safety and job expectations; * GMP compliance including plant quality audits, inspections, and promoting a positive quality culture within the facility; * Ensuring laboratory compliance by creating and maintaining SOP's; * Managing analytical testing for quality on raw materials, packaging, in process samples and finished products; * Recording all testing results, conducting and documenting all calibrations; * Assisting with GMP and HACCP education of employees; * Ensuring environmental sampling; * Ordering and coordinating lab supply budget. EDUCATION: 4-year degree preferred. REQUIRED SKILLS: * 3+ years of quality management in a food grade production facility; * Good knowledge of lab testing procedures and computer software applications;
