Senior Quality Manager - TN - (Atlanta, GA)

SENIOR QUALITY MANAGER - TN Global chemical corporation located in Tennessee is currently seeking a Senior Quality Manager. This position reports to the Vice President of the company's Tennessee site, and is responsible for leading and managing the site quality operations. Responsibilities: * Collaborate effectively with operational management to develop objectives and to support business objectives. * Conduct plant wide quality meetings including review of quality metrics. * Work with the leadership team to develop short and long-term strategies. * Develop and execute quality operating and capital budgets, while maintaining cash-flow management efforts to control costs within approved levels, with level of detail and accuracy. * Responsible for the development, enhancement, and maintenance programs and assuring all compliance issues are effectively and timely managed. * Track key quality metrics such as product quality, customer complaints, non-conforming product, etc.; through a structured approach.
