Quality Control Manager, Casaloma Center - (Appleton, WI)

Quality Control Manager Fox Communities Credit Union is an over $1 billion in assets community based credit union that prides itself on being a progressive, member-owned, full service financial institution dedicated to serving the community. We are looking for a full time Quality Control Manager to lead, motivate and coach our QC team and direct the daily operations of the QC department located at Casaloma Center. The person in this role will also ensure the quality and accuracy of credit union documentation and member records. Additional responsibilities of QC Manager will include but are not limited to: Maintain a highly motivated, well trained and cross trained, professional, courteous staff and atmosphere. Schedule and monitor daily QC activities and provide support to staff. Communicate effectively with the QC staff to keep them up to date on company and department changes.
