Supervisor - Credit and Collections in Columbus, OH at Sunbelt Rentals Job ( ref : 21740649) in Columbus | Expat Engineer Position summary DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Responsible for the direct supervision of employees who perform the following functions: Collections and record keeping of account status Field support Customer service issues and issue solving Account status reporting Account reconciliations Manages the team's work and delegation; be accountable for the team's performance; train teammates on all assigned duties Coordinates the intake of field requests and delegates to the appropriate team(s) Leads the monthly update calls with assistance from the Team Leaders Works with field management (District Managers and Regional VPs) to encourage involvement on accounts, when needed Makes recommendations to field management for action on accounts Approves appeal filing for lien cases Serves as the point of contact for Regional VPs regarding requests and collections
