Project Architect - (Bronx, NY)

Project Architect We are looking for a motivated individual to assist in leading our growing architectural department. Someone who enjoys working within a collaborative setting, but is also capable of working independently. This person would be working closely with the Director of Architecture and oversee a group of draftsman. DUTIES: Develop schematic plans Code and zoning review Preparing construction documents and specifications Attending field meetings Peer review and quality control of consultant documents QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Architectural Technology 5yrs min architectural office experience Experience using Autodesk Architecture software Project management software experience desired Healthcare architecture experience desired Architectural licensure preferred Knowledge of the NYC and NYS building codes preferred LOCATION: NYC Region
