Senior Benefits Consultant Louisiana State University Health Sciences Center in New Orleans (LSUHSC-NO), a leading health care institution dedicated to teaching, research, and patient care functions is seeking a Senior Benefits Consultant within the Office of Human Resource Management. The Senior Benefits Consultant is responsible for the administration of the insurance and retirement needs of LSUHSC-NO employees. Reporting to the Benefits Manager, the Senior Benefits Consultant (SBC) counsels employees, prospective employees, and former employees regarding benefit options and retirement planning while maintaining confidentiality. The SBC assists with the facilitation of benefits orientations, annual enrollment meetings, benefits fairs and provides a weekly presence at the LSUHSC-NO School of Dentistry. The incumbent maintains retirement enrollments within state retirement and HCM systems and serves as liaison with state retirement agencies.
