Solar Service Technician in Stamford, CT - (Norwalk, CT)

We are hiring a Solar Service Technician to work on Residential Solar projects and service solar panels. Position duties: Provide service and customer support during field visits or dispatches. Manage all on-site installation, repair, maintenance, and test tasks. Diagnose errors or technical problems and determine proper solutions. Produce timely and detailed service reports and document processes. Operate vehicle in a safe manner and use field automation systems Work with customers to ensure their needs are met and make recommendations. Critical skills: Able to troubleshoot, test, repair, and service technical equipment. Able to work flexible shifts and to adapt to changing work schedules. Familiar with mobile tools and applications. Required requirements: MUST have an active Journeyman Certification. 4+ years of electrical installation and repair experience. Working understanding of the usage of a volt meter.
