Solar Service Technician in Marlborough, MA - (Chicago, IL)

We are hiring a Solar Service Technician to work on Residential Solar projects and service solar panels. Position duties: Provide service and customer support during field visits or dispatches. Manage all on-site installation, repair, maintenance, and test tasks. Diagnose errors or technical problems and determine proper solutions. Produce timely and detailed service reports and document processes. Operate vehicle in a safe manner and use field automation systems Work with customers to ensure their needs are met and make recommendations. Key skills: Able to troubleshoot, test, repair, and service technical equipment. Able to work flexible shifts and to adapt to changing work schedules. Familiar with mobile tools and applications. Minimum experience: MUST have either an active Journeyman Certification. 4+ years of electrical installation and repair experience. Current understanding of the usage of a volt meter.
