Community Action!of the Franklin, Hampshire, and North Quabbin RegionsFamily Advocate 1 (Turners Falls) Head Start Child Care Program is seeking a Family Advocate to provide comprehensive case management services to families of preschoolers. Works in partnership with families to achieve goals and to support their children's school readiness. Must demonstrate strong verbal and writing expertise, have the expertise to prioritize, be computer literate and exceptionally organized. Min requirements include an Associate's degree in Human Services, social work or related position, two years experience in Human Services, social work or related position and 1 yr case managerial experience. Bachelor's Degree, 3yrs experience in Human Services, social work or related position and familiarity with Head Start highly preferred. Bilingual applicants encouraged to apply. 35 hr per week with reduced hours in the summer. Pay range: $15.27-16.49. Generous benefits and collaborative workplace atmosphere.
