Position description ● Provide support to the Commercial Lending Unit in accordance with needs under supervision of senior department attorneys. ● Render advice, service and opinions to Bank management, banking and administrative staff, including negotiation, drafting and reviewing documents and interpreting and advising on their legal effect. ● Interface with Legal Commercial counsel in the Credit Agricole "hubs," the GC of Credit Agricole and external counsel, as required.
