Real Estate Attorney In this role, you will be responsible for correspond with field representatives, owners, owners' counsel, title representatives, outside counsel and others to produce appropriate documentation and obtain necessary consents and approvals to close transactions. Our client is an investment management company that operates in the wireless infrastructure sector. The company acquires wireless leases, aggregating real property interests in the cell sites which provide the network for cell phone service. Our client is seeking a resourceful, creative and innovative Associate Real Estate Attorney to join their small, yet thriving firm. Key participants in the business are wireless carriers (AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, etc.) and tower companies. The chosen applicant will draft and negotiate real estate documents, conduct title review and other due diligence and evaluate the business value of transactions.
