Maintains contact with Public, State and Federal Regulatory Agencies. Determines priorities, participates in long-range planning, formulates operating policies, and establishes division objectives. Coordinates work of division through supervisors, prepares operations schedules, monitors divisions' activities and implements controls to assure cost effective attainment. Works with Sewer Authority. Oversees the installation, operation, maintenance and repair of instrumentation, pumps, pipes, valves and equipment of the collection system and the treatment facilities.
