Citrix Engineer, Principal - (Seattle, WA)

Provide Seattle Childrens Hospital with expert architect, engineering, and technical leardership for the enteprise wide Citrix infrastructure. Provide escalation support for issues that cannot be resolved by junior engineers. Provide instruction, direction and quality assurance of other engineers. Work directly with business customers to identify qualifications and create technical solutions to satisfy those qualifications. Lead and manage projects in collaboration with business qualifications and other infrastructure teams. Help train and mentor junior engineers. Supports the Citrix suite of details system(s) and processes with the goal to meet or exceed defined service levels for application and desktop delivery, and includes responsibility for implementing software changes, trouble-shooting complex problems, and providing end-user education.
