Maintenance Supervisor - Manufacturing - (Sandston, VA)

Overview: The Maintenance Supervisor leads and coordinates themaintenance plans and assignments of shift mechanics to ensure theproper execution of daily work activities that drive quality,efficiency, safety, service and cost performance in a manufacturingplant. In addition, will function as the team coordinator in theapplication of performance improvement tools and methodologies toenhance rapid, ongoing, measurable improvements, and develop workactivity standards and new metrics to support "lean" thinking. Qualifications: * Broad knowledge of maintenance function, processes andoperations (3+ years). Lean manufacturing background is a plus. *Solid mechanical background preferred. * Min of 1-3yrs in Leador Supervisor role. Leadership background in beverage or relatedindustry and 2 yrs of consumable product industry is preferred. *Technical or College diploma is strongly preferred. * Intermediate PCskills ***. Ms word, Ms excel Access. SAP knowledge is a plus.
