SUMMARY The Regional Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing, advising, training, and monitoring multiple maintenance facilities in the Midwest Region (Ohio and Michigan). You are responsible for the supervision of multiple diesel maintenance facilities, fleet vehicles/equipment, fleet and commercial rental operations within an assigned area of AIM---s service territory. We expect you to collaborate closely with your team of Service Managers to manage customer retention, cost controls, achievement of objectives, and maintenance of all service records. You will oversee each facilities--- compliance to federal, state, and local regulations as well as AIM---s company policies.
