The Pastry Cook is an essential member of the Food & Beverage team dedicated to providing exceptional quality and service to our guests. Providing the guests with a selection of delicious pastry choices and fresh bakery products on a daily basis and are all part of this exciting position, our pastry kitchen is always in overdrive, meeting the demands of all of the hotels Food and Beverage operations. The pastry cook prepares desserts & pastries in accordance with production qualifications and quality standards while maintaining a safe and sanitary workplace environment. The Kitchen presents and endless amount of opportunities of learning and growth for line cook positions of all levels. Qualifications: We are looking for individuals who have a passion for pastry work and a keen sense for flavors, color and texture in what they produce. Attention to detail and a strong work ethic are required in this position.
