The Commons Hotel is currently seeking a hands-on, professional, detailed and creative Banquet Chef to lead our culinary team. Responsibilities include: Planning and executing varying banquet function within our 2 ballrooms and additional meeting rooms, creating and costing event menus and assigning and overseeing production schedule for banquet cooks. 2 or more years previous banquet background in a supervisory position at a comparable property is required. Full time, salaried position with all benefits. Hours vary weekly, based on business needs.
