Senior Patent Attorney In this position, you will maintain a substantial and active prosecution docket of U.S. and foreign patent applications, with interference, reexamination, post-exam, and opposition practices as they may arise with prosecution. Our client is seeking an experienced, resourceful subject matter expert to join their world class organization in the role of Senior Patent Attorney. The chosen applicant will possess a depth and breadth of background, as an individual contributor, with large molecular patent prosecution, as well as strategic prosecution. This is a very unique role for a very unique applicant.ResponsibilitiesPrepare, file and prosecute patent applications, with a primary focus on the protection of inventions and patent prosecution relating to small molecule therapeutics.
