This nurse assists the Performance Improvement Manager in ensuring excellent clinical outcomes and precise Home Health Resource Group (HHRG) coding. The successful applicant also is responsible for abstraction of patient records in adherence with coding protocols, and deploying Strategic Healthcare Programs (SHP) software to review coding and Outcome Assessment Info Set (OASIS) inaccuracies. The vision to identify, recommend and implement strategic and workflow improvements is required.
