Job summary Staffing Supervisor /Recruiter Exact Staff is a premier boutique staffing industry innovator based in Southern California. We are experts at finding temporary and full time employees to match the needs of each unique employer for a perfect employment situation. As a Staffing Supervisor, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining a database of candidates who are qualified to place in positions, temporary or temporary to perm, with our clients. You will partner with our sales team on various recruiting projects. In the role as Staffing Supervisor, you will be responsible for conducting interviews, administering employment tests, and posting job advertisements to various job boards or other recruitment sourcing sites.
