Senior Product Manager, Digital Services - (Los Angeles, CA)

This position is located at T-Mobile's campus in Bellevue, WA. This position is responsible for managing the most complex projects that impact T-Mobile's external web sites and for driving improvements to the overall web experience through day-to-day updates and short/longterm site enhancements for new/existing T-Mobile customers as well as sales of T-Mobile products. Success will be measured through increases in brand and product engagement, on-line sales, offline retail store leads, and increased customer engagement/loyalty. This position will be an active partner within the Web Strategy team in quarterly/ yearly forecasting and planning, analyzing trends, championing new web initiatives based on industry best practices, supporting cross functional initiatives, and supporting ongoing operations.
