JOB OVERVIEW This position is responsible for daily production on the production line that they have been assigned. They are responsible to ensure that all items are packaged according to the standards set forth by both the company and the customer. REQUIRED FUNCTIONS Maintains a safe workplace atmosphere by adhering to and enforcing all safety policies and regulations. Maintains the production line at all times as set by the 5S program. Correctly operate the bag sealer and ensure all bags are properly sealed. Assists in performing cleanouts and drains on Repack and Chili Lines. Assists in changing of Sweco Screens on Repack and Chili Lines. Follows the schedule according to the sequence or priority set by the Production Scheduler. Does not deviate from schedule unless approved by Shift Supervisor. Accounts for tools used. Safely Follows Company Lockout/Tagout policy when performing product changes, sanitation and clearing jams.
