We have an exciting opportunity for an individual to join our team as a General Manager. This is a quick paced environment that requires an individual who bounces with energy, has excellent leadership skills. The Role: Oversee all Managers on Duty and day-to-day activities as well as manages all programs, promotions and business development activities. Including developing and implementing processes, ensuring a safe and functional operational environment for the team and guests. Lead the management team, providing coaching, training and development opportunities to teammates at all levels. This role reports directly to the Director of Operations and works closely with the Owner in overseeing local operations.
