The Paramedic Supervisor oversees EMT’s and Paramedics, who provide emergency medical services 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The Paramedic Supervisor sets goals, assigns tasks, delegates duties, with clear definitions of success as well as targets Disseminates details, reviews, revises, creates policies and procedures ensures quality and communicates with the leadership and local EMS agencies. The Paramedic Supervisor recommends applicants who are qualified for open positions and facilitates the integration of new employees to the team. The Paramedic Supervisor is responsible for assisting with employee performance appraisals, employee discipline and recognition of achievements.
