Shift Supervisor, United States, Natural Ingredients N. America - (Turlock, CA)

POSITION DETAILS: This position is responsible for supervising all facility-wide activities as well as primary administrative responsibilities on a given shift. This position is the highest acting authority on site during off hours. Primary area of focus is to ensure production schedules are met while maintaining product quality levels and a safe work atmosphere. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Assure proper and efficient use of manpower and equipment to meet production needs on assigned shifts while maintaining cost and overtime to a min. Ensures that all product is produced conforms to all product specifications for each customer. Assists in maintaining accurate policies and procedures across entire facility. Fosters a safe work environment by adhering to and enforcing all safety policies and regulations. Coaches team and holds them accountable for their action by administering disciplinary actions
