Job DescriptionPosition Summary Pharmacy technicians are vital to the function of a successful pharmacy team and assist licensed pharmacists that provide medication and other health care products to patients. Technicians perform routine processing tasks to prepare prescribed medication for patients. Technicians refer all questions regarding prescriptions, drug info, or health matters to the licensed pharmacist.Position assignments Pharmacy Technicians perform duties based on the application of scientific pharmacy principles, all tasks are under the direct supervision of the Pharmacist in Charge or Pharmacy Managers.
