Aerotek is looking for a Chemist to fill a role in a Bourbon Manufacturing company located in Frankfort, KY. Chemist (Science Related Degree-Chemistry or Biology) Responsibilities: Conduct routine sample preparation, instrumentation analysis, data entry, routine reporting and distribution. Perform quality tests on proof, color, clarity, solids, package quality and organoleptic evaluations. Record and report results. Perform analysis on warehouse, processing, and bottling house samples. Perform filled case, import, and export product inspections. Perform necessary QC procedures and reporting in both Manufacturing and Water/Wastewater areas. Set up Taste Panel and other organoleptic analyses. Requirements:
