Lead Teller - (Asheville, NC)

JOB DESCRIPTION: Responsible for running an inside or drive-through Teller window, providing paying and receiving transaction services to customers with accuracy, professionalism and a high-level of service POSITION DUTIES INCLUDE (but are not limited to): Responsible for adhering to and complying with all Bank policies and procedures, all applicable federal and state laws and regulatory guidance governing financial institutions, including, but not limited to, Federal Deposit Insurance Improvement Act (FDICIA), FACT Act, Bank Secrecy Act, Regulation CC, Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA), USA Patriot Act, Fair Lending, and Unfair Deceptive and Abusive Acts and Practices (UDAAP) As requested by the BCM or MM, assigns duties and responsibilities to Tellers Coaches Tellers on product knowledge, document scanning and referrals Coaches and assists Tellers with end of day balancing and resolving out of balance conditions
