Mortgage Processor - (Neenah, WI)

Mortgage Operations Specialist: We are looking for someone with a good experience in mortgage processing, as the duties would be ranging based on the needs that come up. Processing, closing, escrow, funding are all good backgrounds that we would consider. Some responsibilities that may be ask of the applicant: -Generating and mailing out proper documentation to release collateral on paid notes or upon lender request supported by approval. -Ensure final title policies are obtained in a timely manner and updated in the system. -Escrow functions for real estate taxes, hazard insurance and private mortgage insurance, along with communicating with hazard insurance companies to ensure proper documentation on file.
