Instructional Designer/Training Analyst - (Stamford, CT)

Modis is seeking an Instructional Designer/Training Analyst for a fantastic eighteen month contract to hire opportunity with a leading client; there is the option to sit out of either Stamford, CT or NYC for this role! This is an incredible opportunity to get your foot in the door with a leading provider of human capital and management consulting services; they provide consulting, outsourced, and reinsurance brokerage services. Position: Instructional Designer Duration: 18 mon C2H Shift hours: 40 / week, eight hours/day normally 8-5 or 9-6 Location: Stamford, CT or NYC The Instructional Designer/Training Analyst will work with the People work stream leader to create learning modules and live web-based training sessions, instructor-led training guides, and supporting materials for a major change initiative. The analyst will use strong interpersonal, written, and visual communication abilities to bring together text, pictures, video and audio to communicate and educate our clients and employees.
