Manufacturing Engineer - (Holland, MI)

Responsibilities: Involvement in process monitoring and adjustment of welding and stamping equipment (when needed); Working with a team to find the root cause of production process issues (customer driven or internally); Lean manufacturing initiatives, cost reduction, productivity improvements, and leading new product launches. Required / Preferred: Background with any of the automotive OEM launch processes preferred including GM, Ford, Honda, etc. BA or BS degree 1+ years automotive Manufacturing Engineering background ideally with stamping presses and/or welding operations , Involvement in process monitoring and adjustment of welding and stamping equipment (when needed); Working with a team to find the root cause of production process issues (customer driven or internally); Lean manufacturing initiatives, cost reduction, productivity improvements, and leading new product launches. Background with any of the automotive OEM launch processes preferred including GM, Ford, Honda, etc.
