Project Manager's Assistant Location:Saint Louis State/Territory:Missouri Department:Power Delivery Project Accounting Mgmt Group Description Project Manager?s Assistant - Accounting Job overview of Roles and Responsibilities POWER Engineers, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager's Assistant (PMA) to join the Power Delivery Project Accounting Management group in our St Louis, MO office. The PMA works closely with more senior Project Administrators in the financial aspects and overall management of the project. The perfect candidate has basic accounting knowledge and is able to interact with key members of the project team. Specifically, the PMA handles project initiation, budgets, expenditure tracking, invoicing, status reports, management of unbilled costs, project backup, accounts receivable, etc.
