Director, Payment Resolutions - (Nashville, TN)

Job details ? This Director position serves as the overall Process Owner and Subject Matter Expert for Payment Resolution processes and is responsible for developing and evolving the overall operational strategy. This includes development of cash collections, operational standards and integration of new technology to enhance processes. The Director will collaborate closely with the AVP Corporate Payment Compliance in the development and evolution of this strategy. This position will also have significant interaction with IT&S, Payer Provider Reps, Strategic Pricing and Analytics (SPA), SSC Executive Leadership, Payment Compliance Directors and Managers. Duties (included but not limited to): Drive Underpayment performance with a focus on Cash Collections, Operational Compliance, and Payer Relations by working with the SSC?s, SPA, and Corporate Parallon SME?s.
