Position details Manages, plans, organizes and evaluates the staff and activities for supply chain reporting and analytics. Identifies and creatively solve complex problems, designs/ restructures critical processes, and transforms operations to improve efficiencies. Responsibilities Selects, develops, manages and evaluates direct reports. Ensures performance appraisals are completed in a timely manner. Enhances capability to capture and report on key performance measurements. Analyzes, validates and derives insight from large amounts of data from diverse sources. Troubleshoots issues and researches cause of variances. Interprets data and recommends appropriate course of action. Presents complex sets of data/details to management in clear, concise manner. Manages process changes in operations, leads analytical team through review and reconciliation of process improvement. Liaisons between departments, systems and support teams to coordinate projects, audits, meetings and schedules
