Team Lead Job - (Meade, KS)

To provide personnel and administrative support services for a federal client. Duties may include, but are not limited to: Ensures that the team of personnel security professionals meets the performance measurements set forth in the Performance Work Statement of the contract. Manages the teammates' workloads to achieve program goals by ensuring the timely completion of customer tasks and mission operations. Serve as a point of contact to the government client to include the Contracting Officer (CO), Contracting Officer's Technical Representative (COTR) and key members of the COTR's staff and company leadership Responsible for promulgation of details pertinent to the contractor staff execution of duties. Possess working understanding of the Joint Personnel Adjudication System (JPAS), Case Adjudication Tracking System (CATS), Electronic Questionnaire for Investigations Processing (e-QIP), Defense Central Index of Investigations (DCII), Defense Employee Interactive Data System (DEIDS)
