VP Performance Planning & Analytics - (Dresher, PA)

About the position This position reporting to the Head of Beneficiary Services, will be responsible for enhancing the organizationâs effectiveness by providing strategic planning as it relates to the businessâ performance within the newly established Beneficiary Services capability on behalf of the U.S. businesses. This role will drive optimizing business performance and creating a culture of continuous improvement and process excellence while ensuring alignment with broader strategic initiatives that are centered on the beneficiariesâ experiences with Company.
