Job DescriptionWe're looking for a passionate and talented Installer Level II with plumbing, electrical and construction background to be the final link with our customers. As an Installer Level II you will be responsible for the delivery and installation of our products at customer's homes and constructions sites. In this role you will also assist in the training and guidance of new Advisors and teams.WHAT OUR INSTALLER – LEVEL II DOES (among other things):Successfully delivers and installs luxury kitchen, bath and outdoor appliances to customer homes or other specified locationBuilds strong partnerships with peers, operations, client service, and logistics teams to meet client expectationsDocuments all pertinent info with regard to daily delivery and installation paperworkListens to and resolves service issues in the fieldCommunicates status of each stop to scheduling and routing advisor along with accounting for accurate billing processPerforms and ensures routine vehicle maintenance inspections and
