Maintenance & Reliability Leader - (Fayetteville, NC)

Position Purpose Direct accountability, leadership and oversight of maintenance staff, including planners, coordinators, administrators and internal and external crafts to achieve reliability objectives for an oilseed crush plant, biodiesel facility, vegetable oil refinery, packaging facility or similar combination. Responsible to the Facility Superintendent for increasing plant reliability, performance efficiency, minimizing unscheduled/unplanned plant interruptions and reducing costs associated to failures. Responsible for employee engagement by building professional working relationships and an environment where employees will want to offer their ideas. Develop and improve skill sets of internal craft resources.
