Cooks and Dishwashers - (Burleson, TX)
Our Line Cook / Prep Cook / Line Chef / Cook are very important members of our kitchen staff. They are responsible for making sure that food is prepared to the exact specifications of the brand, kitchen manager, and guest. We want our line cooks to grow and move up in the kitchen to positions with more responsibility. The following duties are expected of a line cook: • Station Set-Up • Food Prep • Cook • Stock Station • Clean up & Sanitation Our Dishwashers wash and clean tableware, pots, pans, and cooking equipment. Must be able to follow safety and sanitation standards to keep the dish-area and equipment clean and organized. Requirements/Responsibilities Line Cook, Prep Cook, Line Chef, Cook Requirements/Responsibilities: • Must have a great attitude with a focus on food and guest satisfaction! • Must be able to follow printed recipes and plate specifications. • Must be able to follow safety and sanitation policies.
