Software Technical Coordinator - James Madison University is accepting applications for a highly motivated, dedicated individual to serve as part of the IT-Details Systems Team as the Software Technical Coordinator. The department is looking for a working manager, functioning as both a software developer and manager for a team of application developers/system analysts. The successful applicant will be responsible managing and mentoring a team of application developers/system analysts and for full software engineering lifecycle efforts (analysis, design, development/integration, implementation and support) for complex projects related to University Info Systems. The successful applicant will have: - Experience with managing and leading technical staff. - Excellent organizational and planning skills. - Expertise to provide technical leadership, mentoring and guidance to direct reports.
