Labor Attorney with 2+ years of experience - (Boston, MA)
Boston office of our client seeks employment, labor and benefits practice group attorney preferably with 2+ years of background. The applicant will represent clients on a broad range of labor and employment matters, including employment and HR-related counseling, transactional and due diligence matters, executive employment agreements, and employment litigation (e.g., discrimination, wage and hour, non-compete cases). Should preferably have background covering a wide range of employment work, including advising employers on a broad range of day-to-day employment law and HR issues (including employment policies and practices, group and individual terminations, non-compete and confidentiality agreements, and wage and hour issues), supporting corporate M&A transactions (including conducting due diligence and reviewing transactional documents), and reviewing and drafting executive employment agreements and other issues relating to executive compensation.
