Town of Elkton Water/Wastewater Licensed Operator Elkton Wastewater Treatment Plant-- The Town of Elkton is currently accepting applications for the position of Water/Wastewater Licensed Operator at the Elkton Wastewater Treatment Plant. This is a full-time position with a starting salary dependent upon candidates requirements and background. In addition, the Town of Elkton offers a full benefits package to full-time employees. This individual works under the supervision of the Director of Public Works and provides oversight to staff operating and maintaining the wastewater treatment facilities as well as the Town water supply. Assignments include supervising wastewater plant functions through the implementation of policies and procedures to efficiently operate the wastewater treatment plant and potable water system. The job mandates performing routine semi-skilled and technical work.
